  • We work on a first-come, first-served basis, and due to a high number of inquiries and bookings, we cannot hold booking slots until a deposit has been made. If you’re sure you’d like to work with us on your wedding stationery, we recommend booking in early to avoid disappointment.

  • We use a variety of different papers for Bespoke orders which can be discussed during our design consultation. However our Semi-Custom Collection is printed on the highest quality cotton, uncoated card stock. If you would like to upgrade to a luxurious heavy weight card (600gsm) we can give you a quote for this or alternatively we can use our standard weight of 450gsm.
All papers we use are FSC credited which means they are sustainably sourced.

  • We understand that numbers can change throughout the wedding planning. We aim to be as accommodating as possible and prior to ordering the paper stock and envelopes for your order we can change the number accordingly. After materials have been paid for, adjustments can still be made but costs for materials will still be incurred. After printing has started, changes can no longer be made.

  • Custom Designs are a collaborative process where a stationery suite is designed specifically for you and your day. We are able to fully customise the design with your choice of card stock, colours, envelope colours and finishes such as pocket-folds, belly bands etc. We will have a design consultation to discuss your ideas and the suite will be tailored to you accordingly, this includes layout, font, design and the amount of information included. The Semi-Custom collection is pre-designed and as a result offers a lower investment. You can still customise the ink colour and envelope colour of these designs and add on any extra finishes that you wish. However the layout and fonts will remain the same.

  • All design work is completed in house and we will not re-produce another designers work. If you like the style of another designer we always recommend getting in touch with them instead of trying to replicate their style with someone else. A lot of work goes into the designing process and we would hate it if that happened to us. If you would like to design your invitation yourself and would like us to print it, please get in touch as we are always open to collaborations.

  • As standard, your invitations will arrive unassembled. If you would like them to be pre-assembled please get in touch for a quote.

  • Semi-custom stationery takes roughly between 4-6 weeks for completion. This includes 3 weeks for the printing & production process from the final artwork sign off.

  • Bespoke stationery takes roughly 6-8 weeks for completion. This includes 3 weeks for the printing & production process from the final artwork sign off.

  • It is your wedding so your rules but as a general rule, send your save the dates a year before your wedding, and your invitations 4-6 months before. If your wedding is abroad or in a location where accommodation might get booked up, you might want to send them a little earlier.

  • Because of the nature of letterpress printing and the lengthy set up time, it is best suited to medium to large quantities. With this being said, we are still able to print as few as 30 pieces should your event be more intimate. The individual price per invitation will be a little higher for a lower quantity than it is for a higher quantity due to the plate cost and set up time.
